Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of JoinMe services across web and mobile. By creating an account, checking the in-app agreement box, or using the service, you agree to these conditions.

1. Eligibility and Account

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

  • JoinMe has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
  • No unlawful, abusive, hateful, or fraudulent content or behavior.
  • No sexually explicit content, threats, harassment, scams, or hate speech.
  • No attempts to bypass platform permissions, security, or access restrictions.
  • No spam, automated misuse, or interference with normal product operation.

3. Event and Community Rules

  • Hosts control participation approval for their events.
  • Participants must respect event details, timing, and community safety standards.
  • JoinMe may limit or remove access for policy violations.

4. Content and Data

You retain rights to your content, while granting JoinMe permission to host and process it for service delivery. We may remove content that violates policy or legal requirements.

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement

  • Users can report objectionable content and block abusive users directly inside the app.
  • Blocking may immediately remove the blocked user's content from your in-app experience.
  • JoinMe reviews moderation reports promptly and targets action within 24 hours.
  • We may remove offending content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Service Availability

We work to maintain uptime and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure may impact availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, JoinMe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from service use, user interactions, or off-platform outcomes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
